This place is an awesome spot--great options at a reasonable price. I stopped by on my way to Big Sur, and it was a great idea. I picked up smoothies, sandwiches and a few other small snacks for me and my sister, which all came to around $20. The cafe itself is small, but very spacious, modern, and clean.
The best part--the service. The staff was so friendly and the service experience made my morning. From the minute we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and I would definitely come again. The food was great and pretty straightforward. I ordered a fruit smoothie and a turkey pesto sandwich--both good and they have a ton of options for coffee lovers.
Definitely give this place a try. -

Really smooth, tasty Kona coffee. They offer some foods too, such as acai bowls (I meant to go back later for one, but didn't make it - they looked very good!) avocado toast, etc...
Restroom is outside, which was a bit weird, but it was clean. -

Tried the acai bowl and the da green bowl and they tasted more like ice cream. The fruit was fresh and I saw them chopping bananas and kiwis, which is a positive. The granola was a tad too sweet for my taste, but overall it was a decent snack. At almost ten bucks though, the portion sizes could have been bigger.
One thing that I didn't like was the fact that I had to walk around the block to go to a bathroom, which was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a while. -

THIS review is LOOOONG overdue like all my homework assignments.
No matter the timespan, my stomach will always remember great food experiences and dang... this was one of em.
Came across this place to milk the clock before going to the aquarium. It was love at first sight. The Hawaiian theme gave this place charisma that stood out from the typical cafe/juice bars I've been to. They also have small snack items such as assorted waffles and toast. I just wanted something refreshing to drink but ya giiiirl couldn't resist.
I got an avocado shake, avocado toast + Nutella / strawberry / banana toast. Aye.. don't judge either. I ain't a hipster but avocado is life!! All items were made with simplicity but very delicious! The toast was airy and light that complimented well with both flavors of sweet and savory. I also enjoyed how they added the red pepper flakes to the avocado toast to provide that spice.
WEEEEEEHOOOOOOOO~~~
I will definitely be back if I am ever around the area again. :) -

We're on a RV road trip up the coast and stopped in for breakfast. This was a really solid place! I got some chai and an Acai bowl, both were good. Friends got some coffee and the BE&C breakfast sandwich, also was good. In addition to the great food the people working are really friendly!
If you're in the area this place is definitely worth a visit!
